ARCO MADRID
With a wide variety of new and established artists, ARCOmadrid (40 + 1) returns as strong as ever.
This year's edition of ARCOmadrid, 40 (+ 1) Anniversary, has brought together some of the most iconic galleries in the history of the fair to recognize their value in the art world and show their gratitude for supporting ARCO since practically the beginning. The galleries have presented the works of artists they’ve been working with since their inception. On the other hand, some emerging galleries have been chosen for the Opening section this year, sponsored by Allianz. Galleries like eastcontemporary or Foco, among others.
185 galleries have participated in this year’s edition from 30 countries. The fusion between the veteran and the young, referring to both the galleries and the artists, makes the horizon look much more promising.
